Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes in haematology? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic oncology team as a Key Account Manager, focused on driving access to innovative therapies and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across a defined territory.

About the Role
As Key Account Manager – Haematology, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, market access, and advocacy development in key accounts. You’ll develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with brand objectives, while acting as a trusted expert partner with deep therapeutic knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and enable access to therapeutic options for eligible patients.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and regional experts.
  • Promote product advocacy and support education initiatives.
  • Maintain strong commercial and environmental awareness of NHS services and clinical pathways.
  • Communicate phase III trial data and therapeutic benefits.
  • Manage commercial budgets and invest in expert-led initiatives.
  • Support market access strategies and ensure treatment protocols are in place.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Field-based pharmaceutical experience; key account management experience preferred.
  • Background in secondary care and specialist medicine.
  • Strong scientific acumen and ability to work with complex data.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Qualifications
  • Life Sciences or Scientific Degree
  • ABPI qualified
