Key Account Manager – Oncology (Field-Based, South of England)
Are you passionate about making a real impact in oncology care? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our Oncology team and lead strategic engagement across key accounts in the South of England.

Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, urologists, hospital teams, and other healthcare professionals. Your mission is to deliver high-quality, approved disease and product information, driving performance and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute robust territory and key account plans aligned with hospital strategies.
  • Secure hospital and regional formulary inclusions through exceptional selling skills.
  • Deliver clinical education and training to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, including KOLs, to support product adoption and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
  • Maintain compliance with national regulations and industry codes of practice.
What You Bring
  • Proven success in specialist/hospital sales, ideally within oncology or a similarly complex environment.
  • Strong account management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, clinical knowledge, and data interpretation skills.
  • ABPI qualified and currently residing within the South of England.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of a BS/BA in business, science, or nursing registration.
Working Style
  • Field-based role with travel up to 80%.
