Your new company

Hays are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking lettings and property management agency with a strong presence across Northern Ireland. Known for their modern approach, excellent customer service, and commitment to innovation, they have continued to grow their footprint in the residential rental market. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start or develop their career in property management, within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Your new role

As a Junior Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse residential portfolio. Your responsibilities will include coordinating property inspections and maintenance & liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve queries. You'll also assist with tenancy agreements and renewals, and support compliance with housing regulations and standards, as well as managing property records and documentation. Based in the organisation's Belfast office, you'll work closely with a team of experienced property professionals. The role offers hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of residential property management.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have a genuine interest in property and customer service, ideally with a relevant degree (Real Estate / Marketing or similar). Whilst it would be preferable that you have a background in residential property management, other experience will be considered. It is essential you have strong organisational and communication skills & the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have proactive and professional approach to problem-solving, and should possess a full, clean driving licence to be considered for this position (due to the highly mobile nature of the position).

As mentioned, previous experience in property or lettings is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into the property sector.

What you'll get in return

A full-time, permanent position with an organisation synonymous with residential real estate in Northern Ireland. You'll avail of their ongoing training & development schemes, opportunities to grow into senior positions within the company, a friendly and collaborative team culture, and the position (post-probation) to avail of flexible working arrangements and attend company events / wellness initiatives. With a competitive remuneration package on offer, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for to transition into the sector, or accelerate your career trajectory.
