You will be working for a leading private-equity backed leading healthcare recruitment company. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced company and contribute to their continued success. With offices located across the UK you will be based in London supporting the finance team.

Your new role

You will be joining the team as a Junior Management Accountant where there is a clear career progression plan in place. You will be joining the Management Accounts team where you will be responsible for assisting with the management pack (accruals, pre-payments, journal postings, balance sheet recs, etc...) and month-end duties. With a fast environment, you will gain valuable exposure quickly, helping to progress your career.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will need to have worked within a recruitment company and have assisted with the skills talked about above. You will need to have a proactive attitude to work, have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team and be a detail-orientated person. The ideal candidate will also have a degree in accounting and finance or have started their qualifications.
