• Assist with monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, and journals.
• Support month‑end and year‑end processes.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process invoices, expenses, and supplier payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management.
• Support the finance team with day‑to‑day tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
• Good Excel skills.
• AAT qualified/part‑qualified or CIMA part‑qualified / studying.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cheltenham and start immediately.
