HAYS Marketing is partnering with a leading organisation that’s expanding its creative team. They are looking to appoint a versatile Junior Graphic Designer who can do more than design stunning visuals—you’ll make them move! From animated social posts to video snippets and bold marketing campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand across every channel.
*Please note: This role is based on-site in Ipswich every day; applications will only be considered for candidates who live within Ipswich/Suffolk or a commutable distance away.*

What You’ll Do
- Design eye-catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and print.
- Create and animate motion graphics that tell stories, showcase offers, and explain concepts.
- Collaborate with senior designers to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Take projects from concept to polished delivery—fast, creative, and on-brand.
- Repurpose and adapt assets for multiple channels.
- Stay ahead of design and animation trends to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
What They're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
- 2+ years’ professional experience in graphic design with proven motion graphics work.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design and video projects.
- Candidates who have animation experience would be advantageous.
Skills & Software
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques.
- PowerPoint (essential), plus Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Figma (desirable), Asana (a plus).

- Experience creating animated content for marketing or social campaigns.
- 3D or character animation experience.
- Direct response or conversion-focused design experience.
