*Incredible earning potential - realistic Year One OTE: £55,000 / Year Two OTE: £80,000 (based on current team's earnings!)*

Our client, a fast-growing, disruptive Financial Services company whom specialise in Business Loans, are looking to recruit a number of candidates to join them in a Junior Finance Brokerage capacity, with the goal to accelerate to a fully-fledged Brokerage role within the first 6 months (and with this, be subject to an incredible earning potential!). Working in a very fun office in a lovely part of the city, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate(s).

Our client have been established for a number of years and, due to their exponential growth, are looking to add 10-15 new hires to their incredible operation throughout 2026. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Generating new business through outbound calls/outreach
- Outlining the business' range of financial solutions to prospective clients, educating them on the benefits of asset finance/commercial loan funding
- Adopting a very consultative approach to qualify the customers' requirements, aligning with the correct financial solution
- Booking in further conversations for Company Director/Senior Finance Broker(s) to close sales (during your training period)

It is expected that you will then be promoted into a Senior Brokerage role within 6-9 months, at which point you will be responsible for closing your own deals (and with this, comes the incredible additional earning potential!)

In order to be considered for this position(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Articulate telephone manner
- Confident, composed approach to speaking with others
- Genuine ability to build rapport
- Desire to earn fantastic money in commission

Prior sales experience is not essential (personality/ambition is key), however any exposure to working to targets would obviously be advantageous.

The commission scheme on offer is absolutely incredible - 10% of any sales up to £50,000 in monthly billings, which then switches to 20% once that £50,000 number is hit (and this backdates to all sales within that month) - therefore, billing £50,000 in a month = £10,000 in commission!

The average Year One OTE is £50,000 - £60,000, and the average Year Two OTE between £70,000 - £90,000. There are members of the team whom earned over £100,000 in their second year with the business, and some of the top earners (3/4 years' experience maximum) are earning between £150,000 - £250,000!
