Junior Customer Services Advisor, £24,000 - £26,000, London, Advertising Company, Immediate Start!
Our client, an exciting Advertising company with a HQ based in Central London, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Services candidate to join their busy team. Working on a hybrid basis with plenty of scope to progress, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client are very well-known in their field, and specialise in a range of advertising solutions/market research. Due to their growth, they are seeking the perfect candidate to handle inbound calls/emails from their dedicated customer base. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling 60+ daily inbound calls/emails from B2C clients
- Dealing with general solution queries
- Offering an exceptional service to all customers
- Exceeding CS targets/KPI's
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in handling inbound calls/emails in a Contact Centre/Inbound Customer Service environment
- Professional, articulate telephone manner
- Demonstrable experience in exceeding CS KPI's/targets
- Fun, sociable personality!
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Hybrid-working (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH)
- Amazing working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)
- Fantastic progression opportunities!
