Junior Catastrophic Injury Lawyer (NQ-4 PQE) sought after by a leading insurance law firm.

Our client is a well-regarded insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting junior catastrophic injury lawyers (NQ-4 PQE) to join multiple offices. The firm offers a competitive salary and hybrid working.
Your new role
This Junior Catastrophic Injury Lawyer role will see you assisting lead lawyers on complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases. Claims are often valued in excess of £1,000,000 and will consist of spinal injuries, brain injuries, amputations and fatalities resulting from RTA, EL and PL cases. You will be required to build or maintain relationships with new and existing insurer clients. You will be asked to advise on indemnity, liability, quantum and causation issues. This role may also see you partake in business development and networking events to help increase the firm's profile.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer of 0–4 years PQE. Previous experience assisting on serious or catastrophic injury files is essential. Applicants from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered. Experience of indemnity, liability and complex medical issues is essential. Successful applicants will have good advocacy skills and excellent client care skills.
