Your new company

A well‑established organisation based in Loughborough, with a large and supportive Accounts Payable team. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative finance department where training and development are actively encouraged.

Your new role

• High‑volume invoice processing
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Assisting with supplier queries
• Supporting the wider finance team during peak periods
• Helping maintain accurate financial records

What you'll need to succeed

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in finance
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, hardworking approach
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Previous finance experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
