Successful candidates will think laterally, being adept at dealing with complex challenges in a concise manner that clients can understand. They work regularly with individuals, businesses, and insolvency practitioners on both the claimant and defendant side, advising on matters of dissolution, liquidation, administration, debt relief orders, bankruptcy, as well as partnerships and LLPs.
