We’re looking for a skilled and motivated joiner to join our team on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated joiner to join our team on a full-time basis, with a focus on both first and second fix carpentry. This is a hands-on role working across residential and commercial projects, ensuring high standards of craft skills from structural framing to final finishes.
- Carry out first fixing tasks including stud walls, joists, roofing, and door/window frames.
- Complete second fix work such as skirting boards, architraves, doors, staircases, and cabinetry.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with other trades on-site to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in first and second fix joinery (minimum 2 years preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
