️ Joiner (Social Housing) – Central Sheffield
3‑Month Temporary Contract (with option to go Permanent)
£35,000 Salary Equivalent • Van & Fuel Card Included • 37 Hours per Week

Are you a talented joiner with experience in Social Housing? Looking for a steady temporary role with the chance to secure a permanent position? This could be the perfect fit!

⭐ The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Joiner — ideally multi‑skilled — to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair work across Central Sheffield social housing properties. You’ll provide essential repairs to support tenants and keep homes safe and comfortable.

Duties Include

  • Planned and reactive joinery repairs
  • Kitchen fitting, door hanging & general carpentry
  • Minor multi‑trade tasks (bonus skillset)
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Offering great customer service to tenants and residents
What You’ll Need

  • Experience as a Joiner (Social Housing experience preferred)
  • Multi‑skilled abilities are highly desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
What You’ll Get

  • Temporary role for 3 months with opportunity to go permanent
