IT Transformation Manager (Contract) | £500-600 outside IR35 | Chester

We're looking for a hands-on IT Transformation Manager to lead ERP implementation and shape a future-ready IT landscape for a multi-site leisure business that is undertaking a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee ERP workstreams (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Manage current vendors and design future-state IT
Advise leadership on systems, architecture, and vendor strategy
Assess current systems and infrastructure across multiple sites; inform decision-making for future strategy
Optimise infrastructure across multiple sites
Ensure outsourced IT providers deliver top-tier service
Ensure the EPOS systems are transitioned smoothly with no downtime

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in IT transformation across multi-site setups
Ideally worked in a leisure and tourism or retail environment
Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and delivering results.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working in lean SME environments
Able to commute to Chester / North West 3–4 days a week
