Job Opportunity: IT Trainer (Contract)

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Trainer to support training delivery across multiple sites in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enabling staff to make the most of digital platforms and systems.

• Deliver scenario-based training aligned with system implementation milestones and system readiness.
• Create engaging, user-friendly training materials including guides, hover-over explanations, and visual aids.
• Facilitate interactive ‘show-and-tell’ sessions tailored to varied audiences.
• Cascade information effectively across departments, adapting messaging for different user groups.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of system implementation, project management and how projects impact training schedules.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training for digital platforms in a public sector setting.
• Ability to simplify complex terminology and processes for non-technical users.
