Your Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure that powers operations across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. Based at the Ballynure headquarters, you’ll be responsible for first and second-line support, hardware and software maintenance, and administration of critical systems, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Transport Management Systems. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to travel occasionally across UK and Ireland sites

Desirable but not essential:
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Experience with VPNs, cloud networking, and backup/recovery systems
