Your new role
As a system administrator, you will work across the group to ensure IT business systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for the support of global growth plans of the organisation to become the market-leading diagnostic company. You will also collaborate with suppliers and partners to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and effective IT solutions and services.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
- Proven track record as a Systems Administrator.
- SaaS experience.
- Currently part of an IT Helpdesk team.
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with administration of O365 tenant.
- Experience administrating a corporate network across multiple locations, including firewalls, switching, WiFi, and VPN.
- Handling business-critical system outages.
- Working within and improving IT policies and processes.
- Managing, upgrading, and maintaining Windows PC, laptop, and server environments.
- Experience working in an ISO 27001 certified organisation.
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking practices and principles.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
What you'll get in return
£200 - £250 Per day (Inside IR35)
12 Month Contract
Hybrid working (2/3 days on-site, office in central Scotland)
