Their Head Office, based in the Magherafelt area, is home to a dynamic and expanding IT department that supports the full spectrum of infrastructure and systems operations across the business. After a number of recent acquisitions across the UK, they need to expand their support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a busy and forward-thinking IT team. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day support and smooth running of the company’s IT infrastructure, while also contributing to a range of exciting upgrade and transformation projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals
• Logging and documenting support calls to aid in future issue resolution
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems to agreed standards
• Performing upgrades, new installations, and routine maintenance on infrastructure
• Troubleshooting system, server, and network issues, and resolving hardware/software faults

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• A third-level qualification and proven experience in a similar IT support environment
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A full UK driving licence and ideally access to your own vehicle (due to site location)
