• A degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or IT with 2+ years’ experience OR an IT qualification with 4+ years’ experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including SQL query capability.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Azure.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, with a full UK driving licence and own transport.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
