Support Engineer – 5 days onsite in Lincoln (Must have active SC Clearance)

Your new role

As a Support Engineer, you will be required to support the migration set up, set up refresh clinics, move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the lead from the storage location to the refresh clinic location.

You will log in to any system as required via devices provided by the project lead. You will be refreshing laptops, updating workflow management systems, work with post-migration technical support specialists assisting in conducting daily manual stock checks.

What you'll need to succeed

Active SC Clearance
Experience with laptop refreshes
Migration experience
Experience with early life support

What you'll get in return
