Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical helpdesk or IT support role
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset
- Working knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7 onwards)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with SQL and database management (preferred)
- Understanding of payment systems and processes (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
