• Certified in ITIL 4, with extensive practical application of ITIL principles across diverse operational frameworks.
• Skilled in producing comprehensive service documentation, including SLAs, support models, and operational guides.
• Successfully led and delivered complex, large-scale Service Transition programs involving multiple integrated applications.
• Familiar with managing services within intricate IT environments, supporting 24/7 operations and navigating regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Strong service-oriented mindset, committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experienced in matrix-managed organisations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Solid industry background in the financial services and insurance sectors.
