We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Service Support Analyst to help drive our technology operations and support our growing team.
Your new role
As an IT Service Support Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations, providing first-line technical support and ensuring the smooth running of our systems. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, assist with system updates, and contribute to the development of user-friendly documentation and guides. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our IT inventory and supporting network connectivity.Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshooting issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Installing and maintaining computer systems and peripherals
- Managing user access and permissions
- Supporting software deployments and system updates
- Assisting with backup and recovery procedures
- Creating user guides and documenting technical procedures
- Offering training and guidance to end-users
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Essentials:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role
- Solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Awareness of cybersecurity issues in the workplace
Desirable:
- Experience with Active Directory and group policy management
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and database/reporting tools
