IT Service Manager - Global Insurance Company

Currently seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a 12+ month contract, inside IR35, at a rate of £530 per day for a global Insurance company. The successful candidate must have experience working in Lloyds of London or similar insurance companies.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintenance and update of vendor key performance indicators and providing feedback to enhance vendor and supplier services.
Creation of basic Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal teams.
Management of onboarding readiness for 28 affiliates, including trackers, risks, milestones, and readiness reports.
Support for Network service managers regarding license inventory and usage, capacity, transfers, and optimization opportunities.
