2ND LINE IT SUPPORT CONTRACT

YORK BASED – 5 DAYS PER WEEK (8:30am–5pm)

UP TO £200.00 PER DAY / INSIDE IR35


Your new role

Looking for an immediately available 2nd Line IT Support Contractor who can commit to working 5 days per week in our client's York office.

What you'll need to succeed

The core skills and experience required include:

• 2nd-line IT support experience
• PC / workstation deployment and imaging (Windows 10/11, macOS)
• Operating system installation and configuration
• Hardware troubleshooting: desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers
• Peripheral setup and configuration (monitors, keyboards/mice)
• Basic networking: LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Active Directory
• Remote access tools: TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop
• Software deployment / imaging tools: SCCM, JAMF
• Ticketing systems: Jira Service Management
• Asset management / inventory tracking (CMDB, SCCM, JAMF)
• End-user support and documentation, with strong communication and time management skills
• Mobile device configuration / management: iPads, tablets, smartphones (optional but desirable)

What you'll get in return

3 to 6-Month Contract – Full Time on Site (Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm) - Up to £200.00 Per Day - INSIDE IR35
