IT Service Delivery Manager – Hams Hall

Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our client on an ongoing long-term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.

Location: Hams Hall

Your new role –

As the IT Delivery & Operations Specialist, you will focus on PKT & existing HHP activities.


IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business / end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT-based solutions including:

• Identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
• Translating business requirements into application requirements.
• Ensuring that all global development trends of the business, central technologies and locations / plants are considered
• Project Management of investigation requests, functional enhancements and new solutions


What you’ll need to succeed –

• University educated with a focus on computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or mathematics with a focus on IT.
• Excellent knowledge of business processes.
• Experience of project management and methodologies, particularly Agile.
• A good knowledge of Written and Spoken English is required, and knowledge of German is a distinct advantage.
