Your new role

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure and technology projects that directly impact operational capability and customer experience.
In this role, you’ll be managing a range of IT projects from start to finish - scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivering them on time and within budget. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and that risks, issues, and changes are well managed and communicated. Beyond project delivery, you’ll play an active role in the IT Project Office (ITPO), helping to keep frameworks, tools, and processes up to date and relevant. You’ll also advise on the impact of new initiatives and support the rollout of new IT services, including user guidance and training where needed.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading IT projects of varying size and complexity through the full lifecycle
  • Developing project scope, timelines, resource plans, and communication strategies
  • Providing governance and regular updates to sponsors and the ITPO
  • Supporting requirement analysis and solution development with Business Analysts
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project frameworks and tools
  • Advising on new initiatives and supporting service introductions
