This organisation is a leading player in the public sector housing market and has invested in building their Technology team up to where it is now - although they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to hit the ground running, the team operates as a unit and there will be plenty of support available in this role.

Your new role / Experience Required

• Technical Project Management in Software/Application Delivery

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of software or application-based projects. This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

• Multi-Workstream Oversight
  Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across complex projects. Comfortable juggling competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication and delivery focus across all streams.

• Project Leadership and Ownership
  Track record of leading projects with full accountability — from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation review. Able to take decisive ownership, drive progress, resolve blockers, and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful outcomes.

• Technical Fluency in Project Contexts
  Experience managing projects involving technical components such as system architecture, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and software implementations. Able to engage confidently with technical teams, understand solution designs, and translate technical risks and requirements into actionable project plans.
