Interim IT Procurement Manager

Your new role

As a Technology Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex, end‑to‑end technology procurements within the public sector. Working at pace, you’ll lead procurements in line with PA23 and PCR15, ensuring compliance while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and delivery.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, manage supplier engagement, and drive procurement activity from strategy through to contract award in fast‑moving environments where quality and deadlines matter.

What you'll need to succeed

Active SC Clearance
Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end technology procurements
Strong working knowledge of PA23 and PCR15
Experience operating in delivery‑focused, high‑pace environments
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to procurement delivery
