IT/OT Manager – 6-Month Contract

As the IT/OT Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT and OT activities at the manufacturing site. Acting as a strategic business partner, you’ll work closely with plant leadership, engineering teams, and global IT to drive stability, capability, and innovation across the site. You will own the delivery of local enhancements, lead site‑level IT/OT projects, ensure the continuity of critical OT assets, and maintain strong collaboration with global and regional IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main IT/OT contact for the site, ensuring seamless service delivery and business continuity.
  • Build strong partnerships with the Site Leadership Team
  • Represent global IT initiatives locally and communicate site needs
  • Orchestrate business demands, define priorities, and contribute to the site’s IT/OT roadmap.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end service performance meets agreed SLAs and share KPIs regularly.
  • Monitor business satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Guarantee the availability and reliability of all OT assets and plant‑critical systems.
  • Oversee industrial automation, data systems, controls and supervisory technologies.
  • Coordinate closely with Cyber Security, IOS, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Support key site and global IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and time expectations.
  • Manage external vendors, service providers and on‑site IT support resources.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience in IT/ OT management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the Manufacturing world - MES, LIMS, EHS, Quality.
  • Solid understanding of industrial automation, OT systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, governance, and vendor‑management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid role spanning strategy, operations, and hands‑on delivery.
