The business operates across the UK, China, and the US, and is known for its collaborative, hands-on culture. With a growing IT estate and increasing focus on cybersecurity and AI, the company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to support its continued development.

Your new role

The IT Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all information technology functions for the company. Acting as the primary liaison to our outsourced managed service provider (MSP), this role oversees global hardware assets, enterprise applications, cybersecurity posture, policy governance, and the development of our AI implementation roadmap. The position balances strategic planning with hands-on administration to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT services for the Group.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience managing IT in a multi-site or global SME environment
• Experience working with MSPs and supporting users effectively
• Strong vendor and project management skills; ITIL Foundation certified (or equivalent)
• Hands-on administration experience with SAP, Concur, and Salesforce
• Understanding of cybersecurity risks and mitigations plans, AI/ML concepts
• Excellent communication, analytical, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership.
• Culturally aware and comfortable working across time zones.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
