Your New Role
As IT Manager, you’ll lead local IT operations while aligning with global strategy. You’ll drive secure, efficient, and compliant technology solutions, oversee infrastructure, assess emerging technologies, and manage vendors and budgets. You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions using data, AI, and automation, while resolving support issues to enhance productivity. Reporting to the Head of UK IT and global stakeholders, you’ll have the autonomy to define your responsibilities and influence key decisions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in transformation/project management
• Strong knowledge of data, AI, and cloud-based analytics
• Familiarity with UK regulatory compliance and GxP environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
• Ideally: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA
