Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead the technology function and support the continued growth of the business. This is a fully office-based role in Monaghan, with occasional travel to the Omagh site.
The successful candidate will take ownership of IT strategy and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. They will lead a skilled team, manage complex system integrations, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision, making it ideal for an IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in leading IT teams and delivering complex system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, mobile device integration, and VOIP/telecom systems.
- Experience with process automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Ability to manage ERP lifecycle projects from design to post-implementation support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
