This popular national firm with a Tier 1ranked Commercial/Technology team are looking for an ambitious lawyer to advise on complex, high-value commercial and technology projects, across a variety of sectors, particularly where digitalisation, outsourcing and regulatory change converge. Clients include major UK banks, FTSE 100 companies, household-name retailers, technology giants, fintech innovators, and global payment service providers. The role is broad-ranging including tech transformations, cloud and SaaS arrangements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, facilities management outsourcing, logistics, IT licences, & commercial contracts. Previous experience essential and any in-house secondment would be beneficial.
