IT Disputes Lawyer 5+ To £££

This popular City firm with a strong IP and Tech disputes team is looking to hire ambitious lawyer to advise a broad range of international clients from starts-ups to big tech. Ideally you will have acted on the resolution of complex technology disputes for corporate clients, customers and technology suppliers. You will be working on complex, high value technology implementation projects, including resolving issues relating to change management, delay, technical requirements and business requirements, outsourcing disputes, injunctions, pre-action applications and High Court litigation. Any experience in IT project failures, AI, IP rights and exploitation / licensing arrangements and software and copyright is not essential but would be helpful.
