Your new company
A public sector organisation based in Belfast is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Investigations Administrator to join their Further Investigations Team. Your new role
- Coordinating independent professional advice requests and preparing advice packages
- Issuing investigation reports and tracking compliance with recommendations
- Handling sensitive data, including medical information, with discretion
- Maintaining accurate records on the case management system
- Formatting reports and correspondence, producing internal reports and spreadsheets
- Providing PA support including minute-taking and proofreading
- Supporting cross-functional projects and representing the organisation at external events
What you'll need to succeed
- Proactive and meticulous administrator with experience handling confidential information.
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience in a regulatory, legal, or investigative environment would be advantageous.

- Hybrid working (2 days at home) please note that the first 4 weeks will be fully office based
- Temporary position to 31st March 2026
