Hays are partnering with a leading FMCG Production organisation to recruit for an Inventory & Data Co-ordinator to join their logistics team in Belfast.
Your new role
You will help keep inventory accurate and provide reports that support key decisions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recording and updating stock movements across systems
- Investigating stock discrepancies and losses, and suggesting improvements
- Checking storage capacity and creating reports for planning
- Reconciling data between SAP and third-party WMS systems
- Monitoring stock dwell times to improve flow
- Reporting and investigating any inventory issues to support continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role
- Knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
