Your new role

As International Tax Manager, you will oversee the company’s international tax compliance and planning activities. You’ll manage cross-border tax issues while ensuring compliance with global tax regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing international tax strategies to optimise the group’s global tax position
  • Managing preparation and review of international tax filings and disclosures
  • Advising on tax implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and expansions
  • Monitoring changes in international tax laws and ensuring timely compliance
  • Coordinating with external advisors and tax authorities on audits and enquiries
  • Supporting transfer pricing documentation and global tax reporting requirements

This role will involve close collaboration with finance, legal and operational teams to mitigate tax risks and deliver strategic solutions.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this International Tax Manager role, you’ll need:


  • Professional qualification (CTA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in international tax within a multinational corporation or Big 4 environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of cross-border tax regulations and transfer pricing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders globally
