International Sales Representative, South Asia Market, Wigan, FMCG, £40,000 (£65,000 OTE), Immediate Start!
Our client, a well-established FMCG business whom produce supplements for both children and adults, food and beverage items and cosmetics, are looking to recruit 2 x driven, enthusiastic International Sales Representatives to join their team and help to both maintain and grow business accounts. Working in the office and supporting the Sales Manager to develop the South Asian market, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate(s)!
Our client have been established for 15 years and, in that time, have established their products on the shelves of nationwide Retailers including the likes of Holland & Barrett and Wholefoods, and in to local Pharmacies/Clinics. The company boast over 200 products underneath 14 separate brands, and have sold to over 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Due to their success to date, they are now seeking the perfect 2 x candidates to work in their small office-based Sales operation, supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing international client accounts across South Asia. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
- Researching and identifying potential new markets/distributors and sales opportunities across South Asia
- Managing day-to-day communication with existing client base
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals/contracts
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports to management
- Coordinating with marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in planning and preparing for international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business trips
- General sales administration
In order to be considered for the position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in an International Sales capacity (ideally with exposure to the South Asian market)
- Experience of liaising with external clients over the phone/email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, etc)
- Articulate telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail/organisational skills
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Incredible commission structure (completely uncapped, however a realistic Year One OTE of £65,000)
- Exposure to international travel to meet with larger clients
- Fantastic working hours: Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm (with flexibility around these timings, if preferred!)
- Great progression opportunities as the company grows!
