Lincoln – Office-based with 2 days working from home

What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer enquiries with speed and accuracy
- Preparing quotes and managing orders
- Collaborating with Field Sales and Product Managers to understand customer needs
- Recommending products and alternatives that make sense for the customer
- Keeping everything on track, from inventory and delivery dates to quality checks
- Supporting the wider team with receiving, picking, shipping and stocking tasks
What you’ll bring
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to work well with others
- A proactive mindset, someone who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in
- Strong attention to detail and a love of getting things right
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
