Your new company
A leading professional services firm with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to growth, the firm is expanding its People team to support strategic recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This role is offered on a 12–18 Month FTC with a view to going permanent.

Your new role
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from vacancy approval to offer—while driving forward the firm’s employer brand across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Head of People to attract top talent, manage graduate and early careers programmes, and lead creative marketing campaigns including podcasts, social media content, and website updates. You’ll also support onboarding, probation, and internal communications, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong internal engagement.

• Recruitment Leadership: Manage vacancies from approval to offer, support hiring managers, and lead candidate attraction strategies.
• Employer Branding: Drive creative marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website to promote our EVP and attract talent.
• Graduate & Early Careers: Coordinate graduate events, work experience programmes, and trainee recruitment.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging recruitment content including podcasts, videos, and articles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operational teams, and hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and sector-specific regulations.
• Data & Systems: Use HR systems and tools to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and manage candidate data effectively.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Support onboarding, probation, and promote wellbeing, D&I, and engagement initiatives via social media.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring proven experience in recruitment within a professional services environment, along with a solid understanding of employer branding and digital marketing. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel are essential. You’ll be confident using platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for talent attraction, and knowledgeable about employment law, GDPR, and recruitment compliance.

What you'll get in return
You’ll join a forward-thinking firm that values innovation, inclusion, and professional development. Expect a supportive team environment, opportunities to lead impactful projects, and the chance to shape the future of recruitment and branding within the organisation.
