Culture, Engagement & Communications Manager - Telecoms - London - 6 -Month Contract

They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Internal Communications and Events Project Manager to oversee and deliver business‑critical internal programmes, including communications rollouts, cultural initiatives, and change communications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured project delivery, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is confident about managing multiple senior stakeholders.
This is a 6-month contract which has a strong and likely potential to become permanent. You must have a full right to work in the UK to be considered.
Your new role:

Your new role:
As a Communications & Events Project Manager, you will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of a wide range of internal events and communications initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, creative teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you’ll ensure employees feel informed, inspired, and connected.
Events & Experience Delivery
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of internal events including town halls, live broadcasts, leadership sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics including venues, AV, catering, suppliers, travel, and on‑site delivery.
- Manage financial processes (POs, reconciliations, supplier payments).
- Ensure events are on‑brand, engaging, and delivered to the highest standard.
Internal Communications - Draft and deliver clear, engaging comms including event invites, announcements, reminders, and follow‑ups.
- Support content creation for digital channels (SharePoint, internal screens, company platforms).
- Work with senior comms leaders to align messaging with company values and culture.
Project & Stakeholder Management - Lead cross‑team project coordination, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clear.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
- Support change management activities and adoption of new tools and workflows
What you'll need to succeed: - Experienced in corporate events, internal communications, or employee engagement.
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and delivering in high‑pressure environments.
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy, ideally confident with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and basic finance processes.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, creative, can‑do attitude.
- Previous experience working for a corporate and fast-paced organisation.
- Be happy to work 4 days in the West London Office
