Your new company
You’ll be joining a global FTSE250 consultancy business. They’re delivering an exciting digital transformation project across the 30+ markets they operate in & are looking for a Communications professional to lead the delivery of the project’s internal communications campaigns.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for delivering internal communications campaigns, helping to build & support the strategy, create an effective narrative that brings the programme to life, & deliver communications that excites & engages colleagues across the globe.
You’ll report into the Group Head of Internal Communications and work closely with a range of key stakeholders leading the transformation programme, including the Chief Technology Officer & regional communication & change managers.
This role is a c. 12m FTC based in London with a 50% hybrid working arrangement.

- Previous experience working on internal comms – flexible on level
- Be social media savvy with a track record of creating & delivering an exciting range of digital content
- Can demonstrate experience running & managing multichannel campaigns, be that for an internal or external audience
- Show where you’ve looked at a process & thought this could be done better – they’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to innovate, break things, challenge the status quo etc.
