Your new role
As Internal Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the internal and employer brand communications strategy across the UK and Europe. You’ll lead on high-impact campaigns that enhance employee engagement, strengthen the company’s internal brand, and support strategic business initiatives. This role also includes managing internal and external events and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Marketing and Communications Director in a standalone position, while being part of a close-knit team of four.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • 7+ years’ experience in communications, ideally in a corporate or matrix environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven project management and organisational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to drive strategy and take initiative
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
