Internal Account Manager | Normanton | Full-Time | Office-Based | Customer Service
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships?
Whether your background is in retail, account management or a call centre environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. I am working with a client to recruit multiple Internal Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Normanton. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll manage existing customer accounts, identify opportunities to grow business and provide an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Identifying opportunities to increase product usage and customer spend
- Supporting customers with quotes, enquiries and product information
- Carrying out proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and activity updates
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes

You'll also have:
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
