I am working with a client based in Normanton, Wakefield to recruit an Internal Account Manager. This position is ideal for someone with a sales or retail background who loves converting enquiries into orders and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
• Handling inbound calls, enquiries and quotations
• Making proactive outbound calls to grow existing accounts and win new business
• Spotting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Preparing accurate quotes and converting them into orders
• Supporting marketing and sales campaigns with follow-up calls
• Keeping CRM records up to date

• Confident, outgoing personality and strong telephone manner.
• Sales, retail, customer service or account management experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay organised
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Motivated by targets and delivering great service
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work well in a busy office.
