Interim Part-Time Stock Condition Surveyor – Education Sector
Your new company
A prestigious higher education institution (named a UK top-10) is looking to appoint an experienced interim Stock Condition Surveyor. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant programme of building condition surveys across a diverse estate of educational facilities.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering detailed stock condition surveys across a wide range of buildings, from small teaching blocks to large, complex academic and research facilities. Surveys will be conducted using a tablet-based system, and the role requires a high level of accuracy, independence, and professional judgement.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a strong background in building surveying, with demonstrable experience in stock condition assessments, ideally within the public or education sectors.
