• Administer a range of employee share plans including SIP, SAYE, LTIP, and discretionary schemes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with share plan participants, responding to queries and providing guidance.
• Support the preparation of communications and documentation related to share plan events (e.g., launches, maturities, vestings).
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of share plan processes.
• Assist with reporting requirements including HMRC filings and internal reporting.

• Previous experience in share plan administration and reward, ideally within financial services or a listed company.
• Strong understanding of UK share plan regulations and tax implications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and share plan platforms (e.g., Equiniti, Computershare, Global Shares).
