Joining a house hold name brand as an Interim Talent Management Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering the organisation’s Talent Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Talent, Performance & Culture, you’ll define and implement frameworks, tools, and programmes that drive strategic talent outcomes. You’ll lead the development of succession planning strategies, talent pipelines, and critical role identification, ensuring alignment with business goals and future capability needs.
You’ll own the Talent Management product portfolio, guiding a specialist delivery team through the full lifecycle—from concept to deployment. Collaborating across Centres of Expertise, Learning & Capability, and external partners, you’ll ensure coherence, quality assurance, and measurable impact. Your work will be grounded in data-driven insights and benchmarked against global best practices, driving continuous innovation in talent development.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Organisational Development within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing talent frameworks, succession planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience in measuring programme impact and leveraging workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with agile product development and backlog management is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends in talent strategy.
