What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a Legal or Professional services organisation is required – applications without industry-specific experience will not be considered at this time.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating true strategic business partnering and able to articulate business impact from a commerciality standpoint.
Cyclical strategic planning, talent succession planning, operated across the full lifecycle within an international business.
